Collectivist #6: The video guy

WRITTEN BY

Tony Hallett
Managing director

Tony set up Collective Content in 2011 so brands can more easily become publishers and tell stories. This built on 15 years in media, from reporter to publishing director at Silicon Media Group, CNET Networks and CBS Interactive.

It’s almost the last Friday of the month and – before we take a Collectivist break for the summer – here is this month’s recommendation.

Alper Cagatay – video production and editing

I worked closely with Alper at my last company, where he produced a number of content types across B2B and consumer media, shooting, editing and more.

All the Collectivists have worked with video specialists and several of the others are are also great but Alper has been among the easiest to work with.

Part of the How To Sell A Banksy caper from video guy Alper Cagatay

He has also shown his creative chops by co-directing last year’s documentary How to sell a Banksy.
Check it out – and him.

You can reach him for assignments at: alper underscore cagatay at hotmail dot com.
